President Donald Trump’s efforts to reshape U.S. House districts have seen mixed outcomes. Mississippi quarterback Trinidad Chambliss says he’s looking forward to getting away after winning a long legal challenge and going through his first spring practice as the Rebels’ projected starting quarterback. Chambliss plans to return to his childhood hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he’s expected to make appearances and speeches at school functions.

A Mississippi law set to repeal July 1 permits records dealing with juvenile delinquency or child abuse and neglect to be shared among the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, youth courts, parents of the child, a child’s legal representative, law enforcement and other parties providing care and resources to children.
